A few months ago, in fact at E3 2012 in June, we reported on the announcement of God of War: Ascension’s Collector’s Edition and their pre-order bonuses. However, we never actually got to see how they all looked. Today, PlayStation has revealed how the contents of the CE look and the pre-order skins you will get for the new multiplayer side of the game.

Collector’s Edition (SRP $79.99)  includes the following items:

  • 8″ Collectible Kratos Statue
  • Steel Book Game Case
  • Official Game Soundtrack (digital version)
  • PS3 dynamic theme
  • PSN avatar pack
  • Double XP for Multiplayer
  • DLC pass to unlock all future DLC at no additional cost.

Both the collector’s edition and standard edition will also have a pre-order bonus: The Mythological Heroes MP DLC pack (as featured in the above picture).

God of War: Ascension is slated a March 12, 2013 release for PS3.
