Will Activision Listen to These PlayStation All-Star Fans?

Fan demand for Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon in PSASBR is increasing but the question still remains, will Activision listen to the fans?

Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale released last year as what was supposed to be one of Sony’s major exclusives of 2012. While critics were divided, it was generally well liked with a few issues that could easily be fixed and one that was more difficult to solve. Some reviewers complained that Nathan Drake fighting Kratos didn’t have the same impact as watching Mario fight Link. While this can be debated, some also said that the particular issue could have been partially fixed by the inclusion of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. Even before release, these character were requested by fans a ridiculous amount of times.

Once fans realized that the two PSone icons weren’t on-disc they took to requesting for them as DLC characters. Characters like Isaac Clarke and Emmett Graves being included as DLC further infuriated some fans due to their belief that these characters aren’t deserving to be in the game. The issue is that Crash and Spyro are owned by Activison.

Well these fans finally united and are making a concentrated effort to get Crash and Spyro in the game. As you can see in the official PS All-Stars forums, they are becoming noticed little by little by sites like PushSquare and PlayStationLifestyle. There have also been a twitter account created for the cause: @ListenToTheFans. While it is well after the game’s release, this is by far the largest effort by the community to get Crash and Spyro into the game. But is it too little, too late? We will soon find out.
